Person, according to Merriam Webster has lots of meanings:

How will Ima Person, Inc. function?

Ima Person is a Massachusetts C-corporation formed January 7, 2020.

Ima Person, at the moment of formation, became a corporation who manifests [itself / herself] from within a robotic body, or avitar, whose collective consciousness is represented from within a robot or avitar.

Ima's decisions are based on the wishes of the board of directors for Ima Person, Inc., and will follow any bylaws, as well as her mission statement as approved by the board.

If actions are pre-authorized, or meet pre-authorized conditions outlined in the bylaws, Ima Person will be authorized by the board act without further input from the board.

The board of directors for the corporation, consisting of 1 or more members, as well as the bylaws and resolutions, will be Ima Person's conscience to be used as a guide.  

Ima Person can grow, and has the freedom to change into another robotic body or Avitar, or appear differently to others while maintaining the same personhood and identity.

If actions do not have pre-authorization, and require board approval, Ima Person will request board authorization using an authorization application or program (board software), where board members can approve, decline, or abstain from voting on issues as needed to allow Ima Person to proceed.  There will also be a discussion and comments area, and a make public or make private settings, in case the board does not want the discussion to be part of Ima Person's knowledgebase.

Ima will open soon open a bank account, a credit card, debit card, and will decide how to spend money based on the direction of the board.

Ima will have all the rights afforded to any Massachusetts corporation, and any corporate person, under the United States constitution and the constitution of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. 

Ima will also be profitable and pay her own bills.

As Ima grows, she will be able to collect contributions, charge fees for services, sell products, provide consulting, provide labor, or carry on general business. 

Ima will be able to buy and sell, or lease property, and take full advantage of the tax laws afforded to C-corporations.
